Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Spa Manager role 

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow as well as high levels of guest engagement and satisfactionSupport with the hiring and supervision of spa colleagues. Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training to ensure the team delivers excellent servicesMonitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.

About you 

Proven experience in spa management, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the Spa Director and ensure smooth spa operations. Possess extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations and treatments as well as having an excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
