ASSISTANT MANAGER FULL TIME

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, create positive salon environments, develop and train successful sales teams and management, provide our clients with exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsults with customers in a professional, upbeat mannerEducate customers on safe tanning practices and retail itemsMaintain a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

High school diploma, or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportationFlexible schedule

Compensation: Combined total is about $19-$22 hourly / ($16 - $18 per hour plus commission and bonuses)
