-Pro-actively assist in leading the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximization strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM
-Responsible for the analysing recent trends for all revenue streams and provide detailed analysis to assist the hotel in the revenue forecasting process
-Responsible for coaching, training and developing a culture of revenue maximisation throughout the hotel
-Work with all relevant BI tools and gather market intelligence to support teams
-Attend strategy meetings, and assist in providing analysis and support with annual budgeting process
