Responsibilities
Purchasing and Stock Control
Daily Cashups
Daily Banking
Credits
Payouts Refunds Returns and GRV
Monitor security and observation of camera footage
Merchandising and rotation of stock
Ensure good Customer Service
Meet monthly targets
Staff management
Requirements
2 to 5 years experience
Butchery background
Experience within the meat industry would be an advantage
Distribution experience
Matric/ Grade 12
Retail Management Certificate / Qualification would be an advantage
Sound knowledge on costing
Sound knowledge on customer relations
Sound knowledge on employee relations
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Knowledge of budget expenses overheads and product knowledge
MS Office
Salary Market related
