$55,000 - $58,000 / year + opportunity for quarterly bonuses and annual super bonus!

Qualifications:

 

High school diploma/certificate or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service (with bar) environment. Proficiency in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and other relevant tools.

 

 

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for working in a hands-on role, managing day-to-day front and back of the house operational areas of assigned restaurants. Will be responsible for setting expectations and motivating employees to deliver outstanding hospitality at every customer interaction. In all cases follows standard operating procedures to support the success of the restaurant to meet/exceed company, regulatory and brand partner standards in areas such as food quality assurance, health and sanitation, workplace safety and cleanliness, financial management, and employee management.
