Location: 70 Erin Road, Stoughton, MA 02072

Hours: 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m.; monthly Board Meetings

\n

Join a well-established Management Company located in Stoughton, MA.

\n

The Assistant Property Manager works in tandem with the Property Manager and other site staff to provide seamless customer service to the residents and board members.

\n

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:

\n

· Supervise maintenance staff. Work with maintenance lead to ensure elevated services and deliverables. Identify any shortcomings and meet with the company for corrective measures. Assess performance.

\n\nBusiness partner to the Property Manager and Board of Directors.\n\n

· Manages ongoing, incoming communications and documents for management, residents, and board members.

\n

· A/R billing and tracking

\n

· Maintains accurate condominium documents, contracts, packages, regulations, agendas, meeting minutes, and all related correspondence.

\n\nProvide general support to the Property Manager, including coordinating monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and handling unit owner requests.\nProvide administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and unit modification requests/approvals.\nMaintains Database management for property to ensure accuracy.\nAttend evening monthly board meetings and occasional unit owner meetings.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nBackground, Skills, and Abilities\n\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills and experience in property management databases would be a plus.\n\n

· An associate degree plus 1-3 years of directly related or legal experience is preferred, and an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

\n\nSimilar experience in a fast-paced environment, Property Management/Condominium Management preferred.\nMust be able to work efficiently while building and maintaining professional relationships at all levels: team members, site staff, residents, and board members\nStrong communication skills (both written and oral)\nHigh levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability\nMust be able to meet deadlines and multi-task.\nMust be highly organized.\n\n

· Positivity in all interactions and communications

\n

· Must be able to pass a drug test
