As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and high owner and resident satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support our multifamily division. This is a fast-paced environment with growth and learning opportunities, ideal for a candidate looking to continue their professional development in the Property Management industry.

How will you make an impact?

The Assistant Property Manager helps the company grow by:

\n\nMarket and advertise properties through social media and other platforms\nAssist prospective tenants with inquiries about properties, applications, and leases\nProcess rental applications and prepare lease agreements for approval\nManage applicant and tenant electronic files\nProvide top-notch customer service to tenants, ensuring a positive rental experience\nAssist with maintenance requests and follow up as needed\nOversee lease violations, renewals, and move-out processes\nConduct market surveys to stay competitive in the industry\nSupport rent collection efforts and balance reminders\nComplete move in inspections\nSupport the property manager with specific tasks\nPerform other assigned duties to support the property management team\n\n Requirements\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suit\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment\nA customer-first mindset with exceptional service skills\nMinimum 2 years of experience in property management related roles\n
