Responsibilities: + Create, maintain, update and edit operational programs and strategy guides / tools through appropriate systems as needed for events, product rollouts or projects. + Support management initiatives by working with the Project Manager and/or Director to provide optimal resources and feedback through in depth data analysis. + Process operational expenses for the business units and work through proper Finance systems to obtain funding and charge account information to funnel purchase through internal systems for approval and tracking. + Maintain, update and edit the Food Operations and Shared Services internal shared drive folders (Dropbox & Smartsheets) to ensure content is current and accessible. + Project management of all new product rollout for theme park & CityWalk + Create and maintain project management tracker and calendar and ensure project completion according to timeline & budget for assigned projects + Develop, coordinate, communicate and execute all Food & Beverage new product rollouts for Theme Park and CityWalk + Manage Shared Services database that stores project trackers and design assets + Support the Project Manager, Shared Services and/or the Director, Shared Services with Food Department projects, promotional programs, product rollouts, limited time offers, planograms, visual & signage, point of purchase merchandising, seasonal and shoulder events and other projects as necessary + Source operational necessities requested from Management by partnering with Food and/or Corporate Sourcing, IT, Tech Services or outside vendors and ensure approval is obtained from Senior Management. Coordinate & manage install of said operational necessities to deliver programming direct to operational groups + Prioritizes, manages & accomplishes multiple projects simultaneously + Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements + Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Management or similar + Combination of 3-5 years Education and or experience in a management, leadership and projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets, Excel, and PowerPoint & Keynotes Desired Characteristics + Ability to achieve results through the flawless execution of strategies and objectives + Excellent management skills while working under tight and fast track deadlines + A strong passion for delivering the highest quality results + Proven ability to work independently, identify and communicate creative solutions to challenges, maintain a strong focus on business priorities and be persistent in follow-through. + Ability to effectively communicate across all lines of business, and with all levels of management. + Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational & multi-tasking skills. + Strong organizational and planning skills. + Ability to deal well with ambiguity and constant change in a high paced environment This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
