Responsibilities:
Prime role is to plan, manage, and execution of railway projectResponsible for project performance KPIPerform risk, claim, and contract management throughout the lifecycle of the projectSupport tender bidding process in technical and financial aspectsCoordinate with clients, oversea team members, and sub-contractors to ensure all activities are executed properly, timely and efficientlyManage internal and external customers relationships
Requirements:Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:Relevant Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering/Control and/or Computer ScienceAt least 10 years' working experience of which 3 years should be in railway projectsExperience in a large variety of technical projects is an advantageExcellent communications skills in written and speaking of English and CantoneseAble to work in complex environment, overtime and under pressureMust have a commercial contract knowledge and customer service mindsetProficient in project planning and budget controlFamiliar with railway operation and maintenance in technical and safety requirement aspects
