Basic Job Functions:

The Assistant Project Coordinator role is intended to lead to a position as a Project Coordinator. 

 

Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Assisting the Project Coordinators in managing orders, assuring accuracy, and completeness of required documentation. Assists with coordination and management of transfer projects for KBS. Assisting in the coordination of resources between departments to maximize profit on each job. Multi-tasking between projects, scheduling, pricing, phone & email correspondence Serves as secondary for the Sales Service Admin for warranty and other Admin duties. Travel in a supporting role to sales meetings, customer’s offices, and jobsites.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Background in computer use with skills in Microsoft Office Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Visa sponsorship now and in the future. (Nucor will not sponsor the need for a Visa now or in the future) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with support or servicing internal and/or external customers Four years of metal building experience in the areas of detailing, design, estimating, customer service, or production
