Starting at $21.70/hour with increases available for relevent experience and higher education, up to $25.74!

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 1-11pm

 

 

If working within a short-term female residential continuum care program with girls ages 13-21 years old sounds like a challenging and rewarding career then West Side is the program for you! West Side caters to females who are emotionally and behaviorally deregulated. The program uses a DBT model which helps to identify the skills and assist our students in making a successful transistion.

 

The maximum census at West Side is 24 students and it operates under a staff to student ratio of 1:3. The program's primary objectives include reducing or eliminating challenging behaviors and increasing the use of social skills and coping skills. You will play a key role in the development of age appropriate functional living skills and increased independence in completion of tasks of daily living amongst other other essential goals.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or olderDrivers license required.Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or other related field required OR 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degreePrevious experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders requiredResidential supervisory experience preferredMust be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment

Schedule:

2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MASchedule:  Proceeding orientation, the shift for this position is 3PM - 11PM
