Assistant Production Supervisor
**Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Oversee the production process by looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines. Coordinate with the Production Supervisor on work assignments. Engage with the Production Supervisor to analyze productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate. Enforce all company policies and plant rules, including problem-solving and the development and implementation of standard operating procedures. Complete the production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules to minimize delays, resolving problems, and reporting the results of the shift production daily.
