Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesYour mission as an Assistant Plant Controller will be manage plant costs and expenses, support in planning operation strategies and financial decision making of the area, according to the Group's guidelines and standards to achieve the budget.
The main responsibilities for this role are:
1. Participate in weekly forecasting processes.
2. Implement and monitor the accounting of production costs
3. Do the analysis of Production Costs.
4. Monitoring of manufacturing expenses aligned to the budget of each area.
5. Make simulations of the Result in different scenarios.
6. Monitor sales and production volumes, non-quality costs and operating expenses.
7. Compliance with the basics of internal control.
8. Comply with the provisions of the code of ethics and administration.
9. Capitalization of fixed assets in process and monitoring as of the SOP date.
10. Support in manual billing management for extraordinary shipments.
11. Coordination and monitoring of external audits related to finances.

Ideal Candidate profile:
• Bachelors degree in finance, bussiness administration or any related area.
• English Advanced Level.
• Experience in financial control, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Management of SAP advanced finance module.
• Analysis and presentation of variations.
• Advanced use of Excel
