performance evaluations to enable employees to be successful in contributing to the achievement of individual and work group objectivesNorth is one of the largest medical units in the system They utilize a Clinical Nurse Leader to help support the team as a resource during off shift hours Their patient population may encompass any general medicine patient and typically have multi system
