Providence Seaside is a Critical Access Hospital located in Seaside, Oregon.  We are a Pathway to Excellence designated AND Joint Commission awarded Gold Standard hospital.   We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant RN Manager (ANM) who will co-lead approximately 90 staff members from a 17 bed Medical/Surgical, 4 bed ICU, and 3 bed LDRP unit.  Most staff members will report to the RN Manager.  However, a handful of direct reports will be assigned to the ANM.  This is a full time position offering flexible day shift hours.   

A $8,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance is awarded for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse reporting to the unit director/manager who utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shift. The ANM is responsible for supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit and providing managerial presence for all shifts.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)   Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 

Preferred qualifications:

5 or more years of recent (within the last 5 years) clinical RN experience in an acute care hospital 1 or more years of RN leadership experience to include RN Charge or higher level experience Shared Governance experience.
