Responsibilities

  In keeping with the Marian Medical Center health care philosophy the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) functions collaboratively and uses independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. Is accountable for unit operations supervision staff development patient care delivery and clinical outcomes on assigned shifts. Is responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to unit staff and may provide direct patient care.  

Qualifications

Required Experience:

Registered Nurse with one (1) to two (2) years of work experience.

Required Licensure:

Current California Registered Nurse license.Current approved health care provider CPR certification.Current ACLS and completions of ACLS course within 6 months of employment.

Preferred Experience:

BSN Preferred
