Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absenceMake moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projectsManage and assign your team to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of careMiscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalentDriver’s license and ability to maintain clean driving recordLeadership experience in any formCustomer service experienceAbility to work a variety of shifts

Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
