Assistant Manufacturing Cost Manager + **請稍候...** **日期:** 2025年2月12日 **地點:** Taichung, TW, 407 **公司:** Corning **Day to Day Responsibilities** + Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for Manufacturing financial planning and control in Budget/Forecast/Actual process. + Performs technical analysis to present Manufacturing performance and Cost. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. + Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to establish precedents and policies. + Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong network for problem solving. + Participates in determining objectives of assignment. + Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Demonstrate influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. + Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Builds relationships and networks. + Effective cross-functional teamwork.
