**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Assistant Technical Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Manage painting and patchwork projects.
+ Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
+ Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
+ Point of contact for all front-line clients on various requests.
+ Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Sound knowledge of all Engineering equipment’s including DGs, Transformers, Chillers, UPS, HVAC, Stability chambers, Freezers, Safety cabinets, Wet scrubbers WTP, RO plant & STP and all electrical distribution systems including high side & low side
+ Good operational knowledge of fire & life safety systems
+ Good knowledge of practical HSE systems applicable to Engineering operations
+ Risk Assessment and Mitigation plan of all engineering activities.
+ Developing Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedules
+ Vendor & Stakeholder Management
