Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure a safe and secure airport environment
· Supervise and coordinate security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
· Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures
· Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies
· Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and airport authorities to address security concerns and incidents
· Respond to emergencies, security breaches, and safety threats with a swift and effective action plan
· Prepare security reports, incident documentation, and risk assessments for management review
· Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and best practices to continuously enhance airport security measures
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Security Management, Criminal Justice, or Homeland Security
Certification required
· Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification
· Certified Security Professional (CSP) certification
Experience
· 6-8 years of experience in the airport industry
