We are inviting applications for the role of – Assistant Manager, SCM Inventory AuditWe’re looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentResponsibilities• Inventory Reconciliation: Analysze the root cause of the discrepancies and the adjustments to be made accordingly.• Managing inventory for individual DC’s.• Audit- Providing required details to auditor within the TAT.• Process control and SOP documentation• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, or enhance the employee experience based on recurring issues or feedback from employees.Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Experience:Relevant experience in Supply chain Inventory planning. Skills Abilities:o Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.o Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.o Proficient in inventory managemento Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Attributes:o Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.o Team player with a collaborative mindset.o Ability to work under pressureo High level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
