Assistant Manager - Sales

Job Summary:

By joining us you will Develop, support and implement growth strategies to achieve or exceed sales business booking targets for Mumbai region and drive the sales Transformation Initiatives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Achieve/exceed order booking targets set for the range of Flow Measurement Products in the assigned territory. Effective coverage of all accounts with customer happiness. Individual is encouraged to ensure high service levels by being in constant touch with all customers with regular visits. Furnish monthly bookings forecast to the regional sales leader and meet / exceed the forecast. Planning and achieving Orders and Sales targets as agreed. Ability to explain our product superiority and there by Conversion of competitor products and develop new customer / markets. Provide application and selection support to the customers in pursuit of growth and market penetration.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and presentation skills. Familiar with basic business software applications and good exposure on End user customers in Primary Demand Creation.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Engineering or equivalent degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation. Knowledge and skill of Flow Meter technology and sizing to provide technical support to customers and representatives. Selection of correct technology, models, understanding of competitors offering. Give correct inputs to proposal team and support customer with accurate selection of meters. Knowledge of Process industry, knowledge of various flow technologies available in market, their advantages, disadvantages and hands on experience on sizing software of flow meters. Willing to travel to customers within the assigned area. Should have excellent customer connect and rapport. Expected travel is 80% of duration.
