Incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Raw Material & Finished Goods
Stock level. Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis.
Proper disposal of Non-saleable / Expired BOM/consumable Inventory as per norms along with Supply chain & EHS teams.
Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008.
Knowledge and thorough application of SAP
BOM Items management
Production Planning & Dispatch Scheduling.
Material management & Sales Order wise RM Scheduling.
Controlling Production Process.
ERP (SAP) – PP / QM / SD /MM Module.
OEM Production Accounting.
WIP & FG stock Monitoring.
External & Internal Audit Activities.
BI (Analysis) Report / Data Analytics & MIS.
BOM Optimization & Wastage Reduction & Cost Reduction.
SAP coordinator with cross functional team - Sales/Purchase/Production/Stores/Logistics
Shall be in charge of overall MSEL Cell & Module planning, including Day Stores
Total Experience: 5-9 years
Essential Qualification: BE/B. Tech/MBA
