Responsible for the overall supervision of the Lodge Operations including Front office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Resolve guest related discrepancies with tact and courtesy: billing, housekeeping, discrepancy and check reports Oversee and manage staffing levels and payroll expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels Maintains consistent quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of every guestGeneral Requirements
You possess a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or combination of education, training, and experience You're able to work flexible hours when needed that include nights/weekend/holidays You have prior experience in hospitality Must be passionate about service and teamwork
Salary: $66,560.00
