key responsibilities will include:

· Developing, implementing, and maintaining occupational safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

· Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments of airport facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and promote a safety-conscious work environment, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels

· Investigating and analyzing safety incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes, and developing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

· Leading safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture

· Participating in the development and review of emergency response plans and procedures, ensuring preparedness for any potential safety-related incidents

· Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative safety solutions

· Providing regular reports and updates on safety performance metrics and key initiatives to management and regulatory authorities

· Driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety standards, mitigate risks, and optimize operational processes across the airport

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field

Additional certifications in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or relevant industry-specific safety programs are preferred
