Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Assistant Manager -  L&D  will be based in Chennai

What A Typical Day Looks Like:

As a learning  partner identify learning needs based on business objectives, business pain points, and skill gap through regular connects with HR business partners and vertical team leaders.Capability Building of all Individual contributors / People Managers  across the Organization in, Behavioral and Leadership CompetenciesDesign and develop the leadership development programs aligned to  Flex Leadership competenciesProgram manage leadership development programs  to build leadership capability and initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline.Design new learning modules / curate learning content from LXPs / Enhance the existing content to suite the business requirementsDevelop virtual , interactive , engaging learning materials such as webinars, on line simulators and podcastsOwn the implementation of learning solutions , roll out and learner engagementReport to vertical leadership on a periodic basis on the annual  learning plan implementation and learning Impact

The Experience we’re Looking to Add to The Team :

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Leadership/ Professional development trainingsExperience of delivering 30 hours of training delivery/ month5-6 years of Experience in instructional designExperience in Modern Learning methodologies such as Gamification of learningProficient in MS-Excel (Intermediate) and MS-PowerPointAbility to deliver trainings for employees at all shiftsAny bachelors , Masters in HR / Psychology . Certification in L&D  and psychometrics (DISC , MBTI )Facilitating Leadership development programsContent development for Individual contributors & People ManagersLearning Needs AnalysisLeadership program Management (Not L&D program management)Working knowledge of technologies used for Learning solutions , design & deliveryProgram effectiveness (L3 and L4 assessment)Experience  in socializing  and branding of programs and projects
