Your leadership will ensure a seamless and elevated in-room dining experience that reflects our signature Kimpton service: thoughtful, intuitive, and always with a touch of surprise. **A little taste of your day-to-day** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: + Leading and supervising the in-room dining team to deliver prompt, polished, and heartfelt service + Managing daily operations, ensuring orders are prepared, presented, and delivered to brand standards + Supporting training and coaching efforts to grow a confident and guest-focused team + Working closely with the kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction + Handling guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care + Maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality control throughout the department + Assisting with menu development, upselling initiatives, and department goals. **What we need from you** + A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-room dining or restaurant operations, with supervisory role duties + A higher diploma in hospitality management, restaurants, culinary management or equivalent + A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating standout guest experiences + Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and attention to details + Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin and other languages are a plus + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
