Assistant Manager - HRIS and DataZycus is seeking an Assistant Manager – HRIS and Data to join the HR Operations team at its Bangalore Office (Hybrid Role).
This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR data, analytics, reporting, and HR tool administration. Job responsibilities of the role will include the following, but will not be limited to:
Responsibilities: Generate multiple HR MIS reports, including, attrition, recruitment metrics, learning metrics, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline data. Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible and actionable format. Monitor and report on headcount data, ensuring alignment with the organization’s staffing needs and budget. Track headcount movements such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Prepare analysis for any employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys etc. Ensure data integrity across HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR tech platforms. Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system enhancements are suggested and built for better automation, reducing dependencies. Partner with internal applications teams and provide required support for HR digitization and automation.
