Job Description
The ideal candidate should have supervisory or officer-level experience and proficient in the Opera System. He/she should be capable of handling internal audits, cashiering, and managing guest relations and concerns. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with and able to manage night shift responsibilities. Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage.
The Assistant Manager - Front Office will be reporting to the Front Desk Manager & the Duty Manager and will ensure the efficient allocation and availability of rooms, foster strong guest relations, manage the proper administration of the department, and oversee smooth operations during the night shift as a reliever to the Night Manager.

The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Front Office department. He/she will maintain the service standards expected by Hotel Management.
