Identify, cultivate, and oversee the implementation of project execution strategy. Offer strategic guidance and supervision to the project management team, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality criteria. Lead the complete project management and execution of Real Estate projects from start to finish.  Take charge of civil, MEP, and finishing components of construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to building codes and regulations. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote project achievements, involving design, legal, finance, operations, HSE, and other relevant fields. Develop Contract packages, engage in negotiations, and awarding contracts in coordination with the techno commercial team. Decide on the priorities for project implementation to make sure that funds are used efficiently.  Oversee the financial planning and management of projects, which involves allocating budgets, controlling costs, and providing financial reports. Analyze company expenditure, financial, and operational reports to identify the necessary steps for increasing profitability. Establish and maintain strong work relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as government authorities, regulatory bodies, and industry partners Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on real estate projects
