Graduate/post graduate in any discipline with 12+ years of overall experience:

Proven track record in Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement Hands-on and proactive attitude Strong team management skills Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Experience should include managing engagements related to end-to-end transformation projects/continuous improvement projects PMP, Six Sigma, Process Mining or other relevant certifications preferred Understanding of current and emerging technologies and familiarity with agile project management methodologies is desirable Strong communication skills
