We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. Support the design and execution of assurance activities, ensuring that all relevant standards, policies and procedures are met.

2. Provide subject matter expertise to and advise colleagues, supporting the identification of appropriate review scope and delivery of assurance activities.

3. Inform Risk Owners, Control Owners and Risk Stewards of the design and operational effectiveness of the controls within their area of oversight and control.

4. Escalate significant control deficiencies in a timely manner.

5. Proactively identify key emerging compliance risks across the Global Businesses/ Functions.

1. A good analytical skills, ability to perform data analysis using statistical or database packages (including Python, SAS, SQL and Excel).

2. Extensive RC and/or FC knowledge, with some experience in assurance or testing activities

3.Relevant external financial services qualification

4.Clear understanding of regulatory and/or financial crime compliance risk within the global financial services industry

5.Capable of building positive and resilient partnerships with key stakeholders

6.Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues

7.Excellent communication skills with very strong inter-personal and influencing skills

8. Track record of working autonomously

9.Decision-making capability

10.Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
