Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications. Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met. Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform general office tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
