**Country:** India **Location:** 2nd Floor, IndiQube ARCADE, Subramanya ARCADE,Bannerghatta Road, Old Gurappanapalya, BTM Layout **Role Responsibilities:** + Managing all on site works like Chiller installation, testing, commissioning and handing over with required documents. + Diagnosing errors or technical issues and determining proper solutions. + Attending complaint calls and follow-ups till closure. + Providing technical trainings and EHS Trainings to Dealer technicians and maintain records. + Daily follow-ups on pending Jobs and Reporting to Supervisor. + Maintaining preventive Maintenace schedule and completing all PM 's on time as per schedule. + Visiting customer sites frequently to understand the requirement and creating leads. + Keep on monitoring chiller parameters in smart services and action to be taken proactively. + Providing Service support for AMC, CAMC and warranty customers satisfies their requirements. **Role Purpose:** + Responsible for service delivery operations and providing services to customer on chiller, airside products **Minimum Requirements:** + Technical graduate with minimum 8-10 years of experience on HVAC Products and specialized in all types of Chillers. + Technical knowledge on Airside products and VFD's + Experience on team management, Customer support. + Knowledge on EHS. + Good communication skills **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
