Inviting applications for the role of - Management Trainee and Assistant Manager- RFx/E-auction Administration process/Procurement

In this role, you will work as a e-Sourcing and RFx Support Subject Matter Expert with rich experience in the RFx/E-auction Administration process/Procurement.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers.Review 3rd-party contracts, solicit missing information from category/sourcing team to provide procurement related supportComplete supplier / vendor master creation and maintenance.End to end responsibility ofRFP and RFX eventsShould be able to create eAuction events in Ariba, track bids and accept/reject bids to notify bidders of auction statusPrepare auction training material and provide training to auction participants Expertise to evaluate bid responses based on price and other criteria to identify the best supplierAssist auction participants in case of log in issues.Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and training materials.Experience in exception handling and managing escalations.Manage daily audits and QC.Manage multiple stakeholders including both internal and external.Create and run reports such as open POs, Req PO volumes, turnaround times, and other metrics. Help resolve invoice to PO reconciliation issues.Complete supplier onboarding tasks/requests with due diligence and approval. Work with suppliers on any PO/ Supplier onboarding issues.Managing Month end activities and generating monthly reports/aging reports for review.As a Subject matter expert, you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities.

Qualifications we seek in you-

Minimum qualifications

Graduation is a must.Relevant year of Experience in Source to Pay e-Sourcing,RFx.Understanding of Source to Pay process at a high level.

Technical skills:

Knowledge of ARIBA is a must.Preferable to have practical knowledge of Oracle/SAP/Coupa/MybuyExcellent command on MS Office tools for day-to-day operations.Well versed with MS Excel, MS WordGood typing skill with high accuracy.

Preferred expertise-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel.Familiarity with Ariba reports
