We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Commercial Support Training
As a Commercial Support and Training Specialist for Sales Enablement, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will provide vital commercial support, create, and deliver impactful training programs, and ensure our sales professionals are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel. This role demands a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day commercial support to the sales team, including pricing, contract management, and addressing customer inquiries
Analyze sales data and create reports to aid in strategic decision-making on Salesforce
Collaborate with finance and legal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for the sales team
Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires to train them on Salesforce
Organize ongoing training sessions and workshops to keep the sales team updated on new products, market trends, and effective sales techniques
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
Create and maintain sales enablement tools and resources, such as playbooks, presentations, and case studies
Support the implementation and utilization of sales enablement technology and platforms
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
Identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address these gaps

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant years of experience in sales enablement, training, or commercial support
Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM software
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools
Familiarity with CRM platform involving Salesforce
