Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join their team as an Assistant Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and a proven track record of leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pharmaceutical department Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Supervise and mentor a team of pharmaceutical technicians and staff Manage inventory and stock levels to meet demand and control costs Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communicationRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality control standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer software and inventory management systemsContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
