In this role, the incumbent should be able to identify the right problems and pain areas and provide a strategic initiatives /roadmap to stakeholder across Hire-2-Retire domains and business areas. He/she should be able to meet the stakeholder requirements through delivery of these data analysis, which can help in business transformation.
Should be able to create and deliver solutions independently, or as a member of the team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Incumbent will work as an integral part of HR analytics team in India alongside global stakeholders performing high-end analysis and providing business recommendations to business teams
• Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
• Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
• Driving Insights dashboards to maximize the operational impact and support senior leaders to drive important metrics for the teams
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Graduation from a recognized university (commerce graduate preferred)
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
• Work exp. preferably Business Analyst in HR and or any other people function area
• Strong oral and written communications skills, for effective discussions with leadership functional stakeholders across regions.
• Strong MS Office with advance Excel skills, along with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications
• Knowledge/Experience in stakeholder management and project management
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel PowerPoint
