Job Description Summary

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office. This role ensures the smooth running of office processes, effective communication within the team, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Job Description

Administrative Support:

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.Prepare and distribute communications such as memos, emails, or reports.Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Operations Management:

Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional.Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.Monitor office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Team Support:

Assist in onboarding and training new employees regarding office procedures.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Schedule and manage appointments, travel arrangements, and calendars for senior staff.

Compliance and Records Management:

Maintain records in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.Support HR functions by managing attendance, leave records, and other documentation.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

About You

3+ Years of experience in Office Administration.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office tools.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
