The Retirement Administration practice is a team under Retirement line of business in Hong Kong with 20+ associates. We deliver effective third-party administration service to retirement schemes and other benefit programs through developing and implementing customized processes and best practices, thereby improving service delivery.

The Role
Manage and coach a small team to ensure progress against established budgets, timelines, and quality standards Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services. Respond to and resolve complex issues, including those escalated by the team member Monitor the flow of day-to-day operations to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met Promote and provide training, coaching and mentoring to ensure staff are continuously developed Participate in process and technology transformation programs if needed Create a culture of continuous review and improvement across people, process and technology Positively represent the administration function to both internal and external senior stakeholders Retain existing businessThe Requirements
Expertise in ORSO scheme administration Relevant experience Ability to think strategically and to understand client's business issues Strong interpersonal, relationship building/relationship management skills Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English in a business context is essential.What can we offer you?
