We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Online Marketing Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for Collaborating with stakeholders to gather Salesforce requirements, analyze, design, develop, test and deliver
Responsibilities
Performance of campaigns
Compile metrics for digital campaigns with a focus on performance on traffic to the landing page, downloads, ads, webinars - weekly across campaigns and quarterly
Analyze engagement of campaign at the account level and inform / keep track of best performing channels to reach our target.
Optimize campaigns on regular basis advising on best channel mix to reach campaign goals.
Identify patterns that might help inform future campaigns strategies.
Management and development of the promotional calendar
Support creative asset development for display ads, paid promotions, social content, etc. adhering to brand guidelines including copy development and coordination with creative agency.
Aid campaign manager in designing mid / long- term promotional calendars mapping out content and different buyer personas.
Create the tracking codes for all promotions.
Maintain tracking documents for managing social and paid activities.
Manage relationship with creative agency.
Work the cross functional team from content, campaign manager and creative agency to develop ads.
Webinars
Support the campaign manager with webinar promotion and analytics.
Create the ads and promotion calendar for webinar with tracking codes.
Pull together the metrics behind the outreach in terms of registrations and Q and A.
Pull together the metrics on the live event and OnDemand in terms of views.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Engineering, MCA, BCA, MBA
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Have high attention to detail and well organized
Experience with online platforms, tools and protocols
Confident in a multicultural, environment
Strong interpersonal skill
Preferred qualifications
Analytical and very strong excel skills to turn data into insights
Adobe Analytics know-how
Marketing background with good written English
Experience in creating digital ads, video and static across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, e-mail and display
