Assistant Manager, Digital Development

The Opportunity

The candidate will support the design, development, and maintenance of digital tools and platforms, with a primary focus on MPF-related projects. This role ensures the successful delivery of enhancements that align with regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the user experience. The candidate will also assist in tracking and analyzing the usage of MPF digital tools and adoption rates to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MPF Project Development and Maintenance:

- Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of digital platforms supporting MPF-related processes and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, BA, operations, and sales) to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

2. Regulatory and Compliance Support:

- Ensure digital tools and updates meet all regulatory requirements for MPF services.

- Work closely with compliance, legal, and other stakeholders to implement necessary changes.

3. Tracking and Usage Analysis:

- Assist in tracking and analyzing the usage of MPF digital tools and adoption rates to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.

4. Operational Support:

- Monitor platform operations to address issues promptly and minimize disruptions.

- Handle service requests, inquiries, and platform updates related to MPF services.

5. Project Coordination:

- Participate in the implementation of new MPF digital initiatives, including requirement gathering, testing, and feedback.

- Ensure projects are completed on time and align with business objectives.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on MPF projects.

- Support cross-team alignment to deliver seamless digital solutions for MPF clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in digital development, project coordination, or business support, preferably with exposure to MPF or financial services.

- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) being an advantage.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in regulatory-driven projects or digital transformation is a plus.
