ResponsibilitiesDirects, oversees, and manages the 24/7 day to day operations of the Diversicare Assistant Living community. Ensures that State, Federal and company regulations, guidelines and standards are implemented and followed. Additionally infuses the Diversicare Mission, Core Values and Service Standards in all aspects of the daily operations of the Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures that resident care is at the center of every decision that is made in the daily
operations.
2. Infuses the Diversicare Mission, Vision and Service Standards in the daily operations.
3. Ensures that State and Federal Regulations are implemented and followed with minimal
citations.
4. Ensures the Diversicare policies, guidelines and standards are implemented and followed.
5. Ensures that quality care and services are provided to all residents and that it meets the
satisfaction of the resident, family, physicians, and other partners.
6. Responsible for planning and implementing social, recreational, and educational activities for
independent living residents with a focus on wellness.
7. Participates in community and market events and performs sales and marketing activities to
successfully exceed ILF occupancy commitments.
8. Ensures that an effective Workforce Management Program is in place that includes timely
Performance Management, recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training and Team Member
engagement.
9. Ensures that effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments.
10. Ensures that center and center leadership are active community participants and that an
effective business plan is current and drives critical components of daily operations.
11. Seeks assistance and works collaboratively with Community Executive Director and region to
meet Center Business Plans and commitments.
12. Other duties as assigned.
