We are currently seeking high caliber professional to join our teamas Assistant Investment Operations Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Custodian services (account and security maintenance/segregation and reporting)Trade support on fund transfer and settlementCoordinate and execute cash allocation with internal stakeholdersMiddle office support for alternative investments (e.g. fund valuation, cashflow management, KYC, etc.)Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external counterparts, including but not limited to operational streamlining and process automation.Develop, implement Operating Procedures (incl. outsourced parties) in accordance with the Business Services Operating Model, internal policy and external regulatory requirementOperational support on governance and regulatory reporting task (e.g. EUC reporting, GL account reconciliation and substantiation, internal and external audit, outsourcing agreement management, Volcker Rule Attestation, etc.)
