Principal Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and proposing product to suitable customer as thus contributes to WPB revenue.
• Joint call with RM to meet customer to help fulfill customer needs already identified by insurance products
• Handle relevant after sales service to customer for all of in force insurance policy i.e policy service or related insurance enquiry
• Lead or facilitate customer to identify needs for financial protection
• Provide with customer relevant knowledge or information relevant to his or her future financial security with peace of mind
• Responsible for local seminar delivery with various topics of wealth protection
• Drive insurance sales activity within outlet by RM in conjoint with SBM
• Lead routine training and role play among sales staff to build up skill level for insurance selling
• Highly recognized by frontline staff
• Ensure all compliance and control measures relevant are undertaken
• Conduct operational risk management to minimize risk exposure of the bank
