We are seeking a talented individual to join our Reinsurance Transactional Services / Administrative accounting team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Reinsurance Transactional Services / Administrative accounting will be responsible for the registration of contracts and premiums, the verification of terms and conditions and the validation of documents, as well as the monitoring of the collection of premiums and payments and the verification of inconsistencies in calculations.
We will count on you to:
Support in the evaluation and presentation of client and/or reinsurer materials and communications to resolve questions and secure reinsurer settlements and claims payments and account balances.Assists market trustees and/or excess of loss collectors (US) to facilitate collection of funds.Manages broker KPI's and receivables, funding, retention, e-commerce (UK), payment of funds and all steps of the management and transaction process to deliver services in an efficient, effective and compliant manner.Manages input into the evolution of the operating model at all levels of the organisation to promote new process improvement ideas that leverage technology solutions.Identifies and maintains relationships with brokers, clients and markets to understand issues in order to resolve problems and queries and review working practices.Organises team meetings and activities to share views, ideas, knowledge and solutions and seeks opportunities to increase own understanding and improve services provided.Participates in team meetings and activities to share views, ideas, knowledge and solutions; maintains strong working relationships and participates in initiatives and/or contributes where necessary to deliver results.Registration of contracts, review of conditions, validation of documents. Recording of premiums and sending of notes and surpluses.Follow up on premium recovery and payments.Verification of inconsistency of calculations.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.Recent graduate or 2 year of experience. Advance in EnglishOffice package: Excel (database management, pivot tables), PowerPoint (executive presentations) and Word.Competencies that will make you stand out:
