Assistant Human Resources Manager - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc

Be in charge of CB and report directly to Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources.

Ensure the Human Resources information system, filling system in order, up to date and well organize.

Ensure all employment practices are in keeping with local legislation.

Enter Personnel records into the Cadena System, People Soft System.

Implement all transactions in Cadena system properly.

Implement all report related to manpower including turnover, leave management, social insurance.....

Manage and monitor the probation contract, labour contract for all local employees

Ensure the timely and confidential management of employee data.

Update the latest labour code to implement benefits for employees.

Liaise with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources.

Assist in the recruitment process by handling of enquiries, registration, arranging interview and conduct the reference check at appropriate time.

Maintain all applications, screens and interviews applicants suitable for positions.

Research and proposes competitive compensation/benefits/incentive packages.

Check time attendance and prepare the monthly payroll.

Assist Director of Human Resources In preparation for the business visa, work permit, temporary resident card....

Minimum requirements

3 years of experience in the same position

Pre-opening experience is preferable

Luxury background in resort and urban city

Experience with Cadena system

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
