Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Human Resources Director in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programsOversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented employeesSupport employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and foster career growthManage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentationDrive employee engagement and promote a positive work culture through effective communication and recognition programsCollaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectivesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership rolesStrong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of the organizationStrategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsExperience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and complianceProfessional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR (preferred) Benefits
