Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting the Guest Relations team in daily operations.
Assist in managing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional mannerSupport the Front desk team in coordinating guest services and activitiesOversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operationsCollaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issuesTrain and mentor guest relations staff to maintain high service standardsAssist in creating and implementing guest satisfaction initiativesMonitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvementParticipate in special events and VIP guest arrangementsEnsure compliance with hotel policies and local regulationsAssist in managing the guest relations budget and resourcesQualifications• College diploma in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken and Russian is a plus
