The Role:

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Food & Beverage Managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and ensure strong outlet success in achieving high level of guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark

Restaurant floor presence skills, food and beverage knowledge and attention to service standard compliance detail

Inventory controls, understanding international wines, spirits, and beers.

Bar background, ability to understand innovative mixology programs

Banquet experience is a plus

Openness to an innovative approach and ability to showcase the craftsmanship

Experience:

One to two years of previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage

What to Expect:

Salary Range: $75K to $79K
